My wife and I recently had our Honda repaired by Allen Auto Body.  Our vehicle took significant damage, and they meticulously fixed the car per Honda factory procedures.  They did everything by the book, even taking care to ensure parts not visible outside the car were painted to the original factory color, ensuring the vehicle would not look like it had ever been wrecked, even to a Honda dealer.  They took hundreds of pictures, giving us confidence that everything was repaired properly and used only genuine Honda parts for the repair.

Amanda and her husband are very passionate about repairs being done properly and excel at getting insurance companies who want to do nothing but cut corners routinely to ultimately pay.

Getting the car repaired was a lengthy process due to part delays, but Amanda advocated constantly for us to receive the parts ASAP and they made best use of the time spent waiting for parts to ensure Allen Auto Body was never in the critical path in getting repairs completed.

Also, Allen Auto Body was able to ensure complicated electronic systems were calibrated properly after repairs were complete.  Amanda and her husband and the rest of the team excel at taking care of things completely, accurately, and ethically.  I’m convinced it would be foolish to go anywhere else for collision repair.  100% recommend this shop to anyone.

They are an amazing body shop.  They take time to address every detail and make sure everything is handled with insurance.  The final product is without question the best in the business. Definitely not one of those body shops you may have heard nightmarish stories about.  These folks went above and beyond.  Amanda explained the process completely - the repair work, dealing with the insurance company, etc.  The repair looked great and here’s the icing on the cake - the work was completed earlier than expected. Alan’s Body Shop is AMAZING!  My brand new car was side swiped in a parking lot and they fixed everything!  It looks brand new again!  Amanda went above and beyond to help us!! Can't thank them enough. Amanda here, especially, was super knowledgeable, helpful and understanding of our situation. My wife got into an accident and the insurance company sent us to another shop where they were cutting some serious corners in order to make the claim as small as possible.

I got in touch with Amanda by chance, and was guided through the process and given lots of great advice. I decided to have the vehicle moved to Allen Auto Body and it was 100% the right move. They were so accommodating, knowledgeable, and communicative. We got the claim settled properly and promptly with their expertise to go to the insurance company with.
